1. Warranty Coverage

Eligible women’s tops purchased directly from Zavealora are covered by a 30-day quality assurance warranty, starting from the date the order is delivered.

This warranty applies to manufacturing-related faults, including:

  • Production defects or manufacturing faults.
  • Loose, broken, incomplete, or defective stitching and seams.
  • Faulty buttons, zippers, hooks, clasps, snaps, ties, or other fasteners under normal use.
  • Fabric defects that significantly affect the top’s appearance, fit, drape, comfort, or intended function.
  • Defective straps, sleeves, collars, cuffs, waistbands, elastic sections, linings, or adjustable components.
  • Manufacturing issues affecting prints, embroidery, lace, sequins, beads, trims, ruffles, or other decorative details.
  • Products that arrive with damage caused during the manufacturing or production process.

2. Items Not Covered by the Warranty

The Zavealora warranty does not cover damage, deterioration, or changes resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear caused by regular use.
  • Incorrect washing, drying, ironing, steaming, or general garment care.
  • Shrinkage, fading, stretching, pilling, wrinkling, or colour transfer caused by failure to follow the care instructions.
  • Accidents, misuse, excessive force, rough handling, or unsuitable storage.
  • Damage caused by jewellery, bags, belts, sharp objects, pets, cosmetics, perfumes, deodorants, chemicals, or other external factors.
  • Repairs, alterations, tailoring, hemming, or modifications completed after delivery.
  • Incorrect size selection, personal fit preferences, or changes in body measurements.
  • Natural differences in fabric texture, print placement, stitching detail, or colour between production batches.
  • Loss, theft, deliberate damage, misuse, or neglect.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe that your top contains a manufacturing defect, please contact Zavealora customer support within the applicable 30-day warranty period.

To help us review your claim efficiently, please provide:

  • Your full name.
  • Your order number.
  • The name or description of the affected top.
  • A clear explanation of the problem.
  • Photographs showing the complete product and close-up images of the affected area.
  • Any additional information reasonably requested by our customer support team.

Warranty claims may be delayed if the information or images provided are incomplete or do not clearly show the reported issue.

4. Warranty Review and Available Solutions

After reviewing your warranty claim, Zavealora may offer one of the following solutions depending on the nature of the defect, the available evidence, product availability, and applicable law:

  • A replacement product.
  • A partial refund.
  • A full refund.
  • Store credit for a future purchase.
  • A repair where suitable and reasonably available.
  • Another fair and appropriate solution based on the circumstances.

The final solution will be determined after the warranty claim and supporting evidence have been assessed.

Where a replacement is approved but the original style, size, or colour is unavailable, Zavealora may offer an alternative product, store credit, or refund.

5. Warranty Assessment Time

Warranty claims are generally reviewed within 3–5 business days after all required information, photographs, and supporting details have been received.

More complex cases may require additional review time, particularly where further information, inspection, or confirmation from a supplier or shipping partner is required.

Once a decision has been made, Zavealora will send the outcome and any relevant instructions to the email address associated with your order.

6. Warranty Conditions

This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and applies exclusively to eligible women’s tops purchased directly through the official Zavealora website.

Valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, receipt, or order number, may be required before a warranty claim can be processed.

The warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to products purchased through unauthorised sellers, resale platforms, or third-party marketplaces.

Zavealora may request that the affected product be returned for inspection before approving a replacement, refund, repair, or store credit.

Please do not return a product unless you have first received return instructions from our customer support team.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this commercial warranty is limited to the solutions described in this policy and does not cover indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.

7. Product Care Recommendations

To help preserve the colour, structure, fabric quality, and overall appearance of your Zavealora top, we recommend following these care practices:

  • Always check and follow the care label attached to the garment.
  • Wash the top with similar colours using cold or lukewarm water.
  • Use a mild detergent suitable for the fabric.
  • Use a gentle machine cycle or hand wash delicate tops.
  • Place lace, satin, mesh, embroidered, sequined, or embellished tops in a protective laundry bag before machine washing.
  • Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, and strong stain-removal products.
  • Do not wring, twist, scrub, or overstretch delicate fabrics.
  • Fasten zippers, hooks, buttons, and clasps before washing where appropriate.
  • Air dry whenever possible or use a low-heat tumble setting only if permitted by the care label.
  • Iron or steam only at the temperature recommended for the specific fabric.
  • Store the top in a clean, cool, and dry place.
  • Hang structured tops carefully and fold delicate knitted garments to help maintain their shape.

8. Statutory Consumer Rights

This 30-day quality assurance warranty is a voluntary commercial warranty provided by Zavealora.

It does not exclude, restrict, replace, or reduce any mandatory consumer rights available under Italian or European Union law.

Customers may have additional legal remedies where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or not in conformity with the purchase agreement.

If any provision of this Warranty Policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable legal requirement will take priority.
